The Model 150FP pneumatic frame assembly machine can handle up to 5" wide (125mm) mouldings and features "autolok" positioning of the magazine for wedge stacking and our patented "finger" top pressure.

PATENTED "FINGER" TOP PRESSURE:

Our unique and patented top pressure has a number of right-angled fingers, each one carrying a silicone sleeve to protect the top surface of the moulding. The "finger" pressure automatically contours to the profile of the moulding, there is no pre-setting. By holding the moulding firmly across its width, wedges can be inserted at any required point to give maximum joint strength. There is also a horizontal support to push the different widths of moulding against the locating fences. Both clamps are operated by a pneumatic foot valve.

Movement of the magazine from one position to another is controlled by the operating handle, which contains two switches. One operates the unique "autolok" for the magazine, which holds it in position for firing the wedges. The second switch, also located on the handle, fires wedges into the material and can stack as required. There are two positive stops, which can be set for front to back positioning and two additional pointers for locating other nailing positions.
