The CTD Model CDM300R is our most versatile 12”
Double End Saw. It is capable of mitering and compound
mitering simultaneously. It’s design incorporates
calibrated angle settings and quadrants for fast,
accurate set-ups. The CDM300R is available with
many options and lengths.

STANDARD FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS:

Blade Capacity: 12” OD (305mm); saw blades not included.

Spindle & Pivot: Precision ball bearing spindle and pivot
shaft are sealed and preloaded for guaranteed accuracy;
.001alignment of spindle and pivot shaft.

Arbor: 1” (25mm) with 2-1/2” (64mm) saw collars;
3700 RPM of spindle.

Motors & Voltages: 3 H.P. 3 Phase 230/460 Volt
Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled Motors, 60 Hz,
3450 PRM, with starters and voltage protection.

Iron Castings: Tables are precision machined
and ground iron castings with milled keyways
in tables to guide fences.

Table: Saw heads swivel from 90° to 45° towards
each other with degree markings and pointer;
stops are at 90° and 45; angular adjustment of saw
head away from each other available as option;
other angles possible; phenolic chip breaker included.

Compound of Tilting Angle: Saw head will compound
angle cut up to 45° in direction shown with positive
pin stops at 90°, 22-1/2°, and 45°; bottom of blades
point towards each other; saw will also compound
cut up to 10° on other side of vertical plane.
