The Model DMC Frame Assembly Machine is our most
sophisticated frame assembly machine. "V" shaped wedges
are inserted into the moulding, using the "Digital Memory
Controller". There are no production stops to set and you
don't have to remember how many wedges to insert. The
Digital Controller stores up to nine wedge positions and
information on the number of wedges to be inserted can be
stored for approximately 350 different moulding profiles.
The "Controler" will also provide information on the quantity of frames completed and how long it took to
make them.

The DMC is equipped with a rabbet or rebate clamp, and a patented finger top pressure clamp which automatically
adjust to the shape of the moulding.
